Islamabad: Imran Khan has challenged the decision to reject the nomination papers for the general elections in the Supreme Court.
In the appeal filed by the founder PTI Imran Khan in the Supreme Court, it has been said that the notification of disqualification under Article 63 (1) (H) is not valid.

بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان کی جانب سے سپریم کورٹ میں دائر اپیل میں کہا گیا ہےکہ آرٹیکل 63 (1) (H) کے تحت نااہلی کا نوٹیفکیشن درست نہیں، اس آرٹیکل کے تحت نااہلی کیلئے اخلاقی جرم کا ہونا بھی ضروری ہے۔

Rana Tanveer Hussain said that I think justice has been done in the Tosha Khana case, founder PTI is reaching its end, founder PTI has the right to appeal, it can go where it wants to go.
